Carl Schramm
Carl Schramm is the President and CEO of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He is coauthor of Good Capitalism, Bad Capitalism, with Robert Litan and William Baumol, and has taught at Johns Hopkins. He served as chairperson of the Department of Commerce’s Measuring Innovation in the 21st Century Economic Advisory Committee, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and has founded four companies. Trained as an economist and lawyer, he holds the George Eastman Medal from the University of Rochester.
