Helen Moore is Vice Consul (Software), UK Trade & Investment in the British Consulate, San Francisco. She provides free, practical guidance to US companies expanding in the UK and helps UK start ups access Silicon Valley’s opportunities and ecosystem. She helps HM Government policy makers engage with key Silicon Valley players about software innovation and entrepreneurship. Helen graduated in International Business, spent a year in French business school and has worked overseas widely.
