Pierluigi Zappacosta

Pierluigi Zappacosta is CEO of Sierra Sciences, Inc. an anti-aging biotech company, Chairman of Digital Persona, a biometrics company, and Chairman of Quindi, a software productivity tools company. In 1981, Pierluigi co-founded Logitech. From 1981 to 1998 he held a variety of managing roles, including president and CEO. He took Logitech public in Switzerland in 1988 and on NASDAQ in 1997. Pierluigi attended the University of Rome, Italy (Laura in Electrical Engineering, "cum laude") and Stanford University (M.S. in Computer Science). He is a trustee-elect of the Reason Foundation, a libertarian think-tank.
