William H. Draper III

William H. Draper III is General Partner of Draper Richards L.P., and Draper International.  Mr. Draper was also founder of Sutter Hill Ventures in Palo Alto, California.  He has served as President and Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States as well as Under Secretary General of the U.N. while CEO of the United Nations Development Program.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the President's Council on International Activities at Yale University.  Mr. Draper received his B.A. from Yale University and his MBA from Harvard.
